If You Vanished For Two Weeks, Would Your Business Notice?

I just got back from two weeks in Bali. No phone, no interruptions. And the business didn't just survive without me, it ticked along exactly as it was designed to.

That's not luck. It comes down to having well-defined systems, a planned calendar, and automating everything within an inch of its life... apart from the magic.

Things I used to have to pour time and energy into, I no longer do, because they're systemised and automated. As long as I oversee the system, I don't have to spend hours running it myself.

It used to be that we asked ourselves: is there another team member who can do this? Now we have to ask a bigger question. Could AI be that team member?

Go through your week. Look at everything you do and ask yourself honestly: do I really need to do this? Or is this something that could be systemised and automated?

There has never been a more powerful time for this kind of smart thinking.
